"Terry Turman, elected President/CEO of the Alpha Tau Omega Foundation, Inc. at the January 28, 2009 Houston, TX board meeting...to replace Steve Siders, Purdue '61, who is retiring from the ATO Foundation after more than 32 years of service to Alpha Tau Omega." Terry Turman is an alumnus of the Epsilon Omicron Chapter. Since his time in the Alpha Tau Omega House on the campus of Oklahoma State, he has become increasingly active with ATO on the National level. The leadership experience provided at Epsilon Omicron led him to be elected President and CEO of the ATO Foundation. |
Curing Cancer...
| The Men of Alpha Tau Omega participated in Spring Sing 2009. Spring Sing is an competition between fraternities and sororities. The Men of ΑΤΩ paired with the women of Alpha Delta Pi (pictured). Ordinarily, each fraternity pairs with one sorority and the two practice for several weeks to put on a six minute show with a theme of their choosing. Their theme this year was David and Goliath. | ![]() |
This year the group earned the Second Annual Sharla McClenden Spirit Award, the award given to the most spirited group of all eleven pairings. The group sold more merchandise for the event than any other group thereby raising more money overall. |

Most Improved Chapter
At the Greek Awards Banquet on April 9th 2008, Alpha Tau Omega was awarded Most Improved Chapter for the calendar year of 2007. This award is based on the chapter that has improved the most in five different areas. Also at the awards banquet, our chapter advisor, Dr. Tom Jordan, won the Order of Omega Outstanding Advisor Award. |

The Epsilon Omicron Chapter of Alpha Tau Omega has achieved their fourth true merit award in a row and tenth overall. The True Merit Award is awarded to as many chapters who achieve a level of chapter operation that is worthy of the recognition. Years Won: 1981, 1982, 1984, 1985, 1986, 2001, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007
